Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. Patient ratio 2:1.

Highlights:

• Certified Stroke Center and Neuro ICU setting with specialized neurological patient population
• First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience preferred
• 13-week assignment with comprehensive orientation provided
• Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy
• Advanced critical care experience with EVD management, ventilator management, and stroke protocols
• Float opportunities to other adult ICU units for professional development

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand prior to submission
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible
