Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30), primarily 8:30 start times with some variable shifts. No weekends or holidays required. Four operating rooms in outpatient setting.

• Outpatient OR setting specializing in Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pain Management
• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum one year of experience
• Acute care facility with Epic charting system
• Interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and unit secretary
• 91-day assignment with one pre-approved time off period allowed (maximum 7 days)

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum one year of Operating Room experience
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Ambulatory OR experience with procedures including laparoscopic cases, orthopedic surgeries, ENT procedures, general surgery, and other outpatient specialties
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Willingness to float to main OR facility located nearby
• Candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius
