Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday. 40-hour orientation provided.

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1-3 years of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification current and valid
• Epic charting system experience required
• Acute rehabilitation experience or willingness to float to acute rehab with orientation
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Local candidates accepted (50-mile radius rule applies)
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Requested time off must be submitted at time of application
