Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / ICU – Mission Hills, CA 91345

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Mission Hills, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Patient ratio of 2:1. Float required to ICU overflow and PCU/Telemetry units in rotation with team members. Weekend coverage required; must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy

• Strong focus on cardiovascular, neurological, stroke, and surgical intensive care patient populations

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required; travel experience required
• Strong neurological ICU experience required
• Level 2 Trauma Center experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and LA City Fire Card (must be obtained within 30 days prior to start)
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, arterial line management, central line care, and high-acuity patient populations
• Community hospital experience required
• Must be available for 91-day assignment through September 14, 2026
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
