Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Oncology Infusion – Orange, CA 92868

Start Date: June 30, 2026

Location: Orange County, California

Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM). No weekend coverage required. Patient ratio 1:4. Daily census approximately 85 patients.

• Outpatient infusion center specializing in oncology-based therapies (70%) and blood transfusions, IVIG, hydration, and iron infusions (30%)

• Collaborative interdisciplinary team including pharmacy, social services, and unit support staff
• Floating between like units may be required; scheduling preferences considered at manager discretion
• First-time travelers accepted with chemotherapy certification and 2+ years of experience

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
• Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient oncology experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Skills required: chemotherapy administration (IV push, continuous infusion, monitoring), accessing/managing ports, cytotoxic therapy management, neutropenic precautions, isolation precautions, phlebotomy, and recognizing/managing side effects
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
