Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Step Down – Tulsa, OK 74133

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), weekend coverage required, 4:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a progressive step-down unit with 25 beds
• First-time travelers welcome with at least one year of experience
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and more
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, drip management, and advanced monitoring systems
• 12-hour orientation provided with self-scheduling flexibility
• Minimal floating required; float to like units within scope as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum one year of step-down or progressive care experience
• Experience with 4:1 patient ratios and Epic charting system required
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, central line management, BiPAP/CPAP, arterial line management, and IV medication administration
• Community hospital experience preferred; charge nurse experience a plus
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
