Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Step Down – Tulsa, OK 74133

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Weekend coverage required. 4:1 patient ratio. 12-hour orientation provided.

• Step Down unit with 25-bed capacity treating adult and geriatric populations
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of Step Down experience
• Self-scheduling with flexibility to discuss individual availability needs
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services
• Epic charting system experience required
• Minimal floating requirements; float to like units within scope as needed

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of Step Down nursing experience
• Experience with 4:1 patient ratios and Epic charting system
• Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred
• Must reside outside 75-mile radius from facility
