Job Opportunity – Pharmacist, Outpatient Infusion – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), block scheduling required. No weekends, no call, no floating between units. Patient ratio 1:20.

• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics across multiple service lines including outpatient infusion, emergency department, med surg, and labor and delivery
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 91-day assignment with block schedule flexibility

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient infusion experience required
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
• Home health infusion and Pyxis experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
