Job Opportunity – Pharmacist Outpatient Infusion – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), block scheduling. No on-call, no weekends required. Patient ratio approximately 1:20.

Highlights:

• Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center with 25 staffed beds
• Teaching facility environment with Epic charting system
• Outpatient infusion services with support from multidisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy
• Reduced non-billable orientation hours – 0 hours vs. standard 40 hours
• Serve diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• No parking fees; scrubs provided for select departments

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience required
• Outpatient infusion experience required
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
• Home Health Infusion and Pyxis experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
