Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Outpatient – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday schedule. This is a 13-week travel assignment at a 277-bed acute care hospital.

Highlights:

• Level II trauma center specializing in neurological patient care
• Reduced non-billable orientation – 0 hours versus standard 40-hour orientation
• Epic charting system in place with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Free parking provided for all staff
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations in acute care and outpatient settings
• Daily census of approximately 185 patients with comprehensive rehabilitation services

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license (must be active prior to submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience; acute rehab experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and between affiliated facilities with proper orientation
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
