Description
Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Technologist – Portland, OR 97225
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon metropolitan area
Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). No weekends required. No on-call required. 1:1 patient ratio.
Highlights:
- 91-day travel assignment at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital
- Comprehensive 40-hour orientation with Epic charting system
- Diverse procedural experience across neuro, vascular, cardiac, interventional radiology, and structural heart procedures
- Electrophysiology (EP) lab experience required
- Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a 7-room department serving approximately 25 patients daily
- No parking fees; scrubs provided for Cath Lab staff
Requirements:
- Active CCI RCIS or ARRT certification with Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) licensure
- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Electrophysiology (EP) lab experience mandatory
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Experience with neuro procedural techniques including diagnostic carotid/cerebral angiograms, stroke thrombectomy, and cerebral coil embolization preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
- Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility; reliable transportation required
- Willingness to float within service line based on experience and to affiliate facilities as needed
