Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Step Down – Tulsa, OK 74133

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), weekend coverage required, 4:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• Step Down unit specializing in cardiac telemetry and progressive care
• First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of one year of RN experience
• 25-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services
• Epic charting system experience required
• Minimal floating required, self-scheduling model
• 12-hour paid orientation with on-site module completion

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start
• Minimum one year of Step Down, PCU, IMC, or telemetry nursing experience
• Experience with Epic charting system and 4:1 patient ratios
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, drip management, central line care, chest tube management, and arterial line management
• Community hospital experience preferred; previous charge experience preferred
