Description
Job Opportunity – Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET CT – Mission Viejo, CA 92691
Start Date: June 16, 2026
Location: Southern California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), with variable start times between 07:00 - 09:00. Weekend rotation required, with post-shift and rotating weekend call coverage as needed based on experience level.
Highlights:
- Reduced non-billable orientation – 0 hours versus standard 40-hour orientation
- Work primarily in PET CT, with potential to support Nuclear Medicine as needed
- Magnet-designated acute care hospital with 426 staffed beds
- Epic charting system with Siemens equipment

- Flexibility in scheduling pattern – either 4x10s or 5x8s based on preference and department needs
Requirements:
- Active California license (must be in hand prior to start)
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience; 6 months of PET experience required
- First-time travelers accepted with 2+ years of experience
- Epic and Siemens experience highly preferred
- LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
