Job Opportunity – Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (16:00 - 02:00), every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday), 7:1 patient ratio

Requirements:

• Full Washington state license as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC (associate license not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical social work experience
• Experience conducting crisis risk assessments for both adults and pediatrics
• Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, mental health assessments, biopsychosocial assessments, and involuntary hold procedures
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
