Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Burbank, CA 91505

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Burbank, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (06:30 – 15:00). On-call required 4–6 times per 6-week period, Monday–Friday 23:00–07:00 or Saturday–Sunday 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00. Weekend shifts only for on-call coverage.

• 15-room operating room with daily census of 20–40 cases
• 1:1 patient ratios with full interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory, radiology, and rapid response teams
• Broad surgical case mix including orthopedic, general, urological, and thoracic procedures (no trauma or transplant)
• Free parking, any color scrubs, and 40 hours of orientation provided
• Block scheduling may be available per manager discretion

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 1–2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• LA County Fire Card (obtained within last 30 days)
• Proficiency with Epic charting system and Mediteach preferred
• Experience with procedures including laparoscopic cases, joint replacements, spinal fusion, thoracotomy, cystoscopy, and cell saver
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
