Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Napa, CA 94558

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Napa Valley, Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts. Monday-Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Average patient volume of 10-12 scheduled appointments daily, typically seeing 8-11 patients with 1-3 evaluations and remaining follow-ups. Appointments scheduled in 30 and 45-minute increments.

• 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Napa Valley
• 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license required prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Flexibility to float between affiliated facilities as needed
