Schedule: Variable shifts including days and evenings; 8-hour and 16-hour shift options available; 40 guaranteed hours per week with potential overtime opportunities

• Current Wisconsin LPN license in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Availability to work both day and evening shifts
• Ability to work every other weekend
