Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Harlowton, MT

Location: Harlowton, Montana

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts, day schedule)

Highlights:

• Provide occupational therapy services across multiple settings including acute care, skilled nursing, and community outreach
• Collaborate with local schools to support early childhood development programs two half-days per week during the school year
• Opportunity to participate in leadership meetings and daily team huddles representing the Therapy Department
• Work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team including physical therapy and speech therapy
• Deliver community education programs and contribute to population health initiatives
• Potential for job-sharing arrangement with nearby healthcare facility

Requirements:

• Montana state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain
• Willingness to treat pediatric patient populations
• Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Leadership capabilities and commitment to process improvement
