Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift 4x10-hour (07:00 - 17:00) and Night shift 4x10-hour (22:00 - 08:00); weekend coverage required; block scheduling; on-call coverage for overnight patient care needs. Pharmacist-to-patient ratio of 1:25.

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation
• Epic charting system for streamlined documentation
• Interdisciplinary team support including pharmacy, respiratory services, physical therapy, radiology, and rapid response teams
• Diverse practice environment including Med Surg, Labor and Delivery, Outpatient Infusion, and Emergency Department
• Required outpatient infusion experience with daily census averaging 20 patients
• Free parking provided; scrubs supplied for specific departments

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or in process)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
• Inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Pyxis system and home health infusion experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required for this assignment
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
