Job Opportunity – Licensed Practical Nurse – Barre, VT

Location: Central Vermont

Schedule: Variable day shifts including 8-hour, 12-hour, and 16-hour options; 40 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Vermont LPN license or eligibility for Vermont provisional licensure
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting must be completed prior to start date with proof of submission
• Vermont provisional licenses are valid for 90 days only and will not be extended; applicants must complete fingerprint submission at time of application
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with Point Click Care or similar electronic charting systems preferred
