Job Opportunity – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Crivitz, WI

Location: Crivitz, Wisconsin

Schedule: Evening shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 8-hour shifts with some 12-hour shifts available if desired. 40 hours guaranteed per week with every other weekend requirement.

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
• Reliable transportation required (no public transportation available in area)
