Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Apple Valley, CA 92307
Start Date: July 7, 2026
Location: Apple Valley, California
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week pay period.

- Diverse patient population including ER, ICU, Medical Surgical, and Orthopedics

Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- LA fire card within the last 30 days required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Experience with acute care settings, home exercise programs, lifting and transfer techniques, and patient/family education
- Clinical competencies including AROM/AAROM/PROM, gait training, assistive devices, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Candidates must live 50 miles or more from the facility
