Job Opportunity – Speech-Language Pathologist – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: July 14, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), 5x8-hour shifts. Hybrid position combining inpatient acute care and outpatient services, typically 1-3 adult outpatient visits per day. No call or weekend coverage required. Average of 8 visits per day.

• Must be able to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies

• 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours (facility may call off once per two-week pay period)

Requirements:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience required; must be able to work independently
• Experience with acute care, adult outpatient, CVA, and dysphagia populations
• Epic charting experience preferred
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
