Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist Assistant – Portland, OR 97202

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Oregon
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Completed specialty skills checklist within one year of start
• Two professional references from within the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Clear criminal background check and health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), and drug screen
• Completion of mandatory Oregon-specific training: Providing Inclusive Care Training for Long-Term Care Settings
