Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, MS/Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Patient ratio 1:5-6. This 36-bed cardiac telemetry unit serves adult through geriatric patients requiring medical-level cardiac care and post-cardiac intervention recovery.

• Specialized cardiac care including post-cardiac surgery, cardiac cath, angiogram, pacemaker implant, and MI recovery
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including rapid response teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and physical therapy
• Epic charting system with 16-hour orientation provided
• Competitive travel nursing compensation with overtime available after 48 total hours in one week

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, vasoactive drip management, blood product administration, central line care, and post-cardiac intervention care
• Geographic restriction: Candidates cannot reside in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties
