Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Northern California, Wine Country region

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday schedule. 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Proficiency in acute care, assessment, functional activities, billing, infection prevention, and fall risk assessment
  • Experience with CVA rehabilitation, adaptive equipment assessment, discharge planning, and patient/family education
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
  • Ability to float to acute rehab unit and potentially to affiliated facilities nearby
