Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Labor and Delivery – Fullerton, CA 92835

Start Date: July 28, 2026

Location: Southern California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend coverage required, typically every other weekend but may exceed to meet unit needs. Must be available to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required (1.5 years absolute minimum)
• Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced (required – no exceptions), BLS, and NRP
• Epic charting system experience required
• Expert proficiency in sterile vaginal exams and ability to perform independently without supervision (required)
• Triage experience required
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Comprehensive skill set including labor management, cesarean section circulation/scrub, external and internal fetal monitoring, medication administration (Pitocin, magnesium sulfate, epidural support), newborn assessment, and postpartum hemorrhage management
