Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Berlin, NH

Location: Berlin, New Hampshire

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week with overtime available. 12-hour shifts with variable scheduling flexibility required.

Highlights:

• Initial 13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance
• Licensed 80-bed facility featuring skilled nursing, memory care, and long-term care units
• Night shift nursing ratio of approximately 1:20 with support from 2 medication aides/technicians

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or memory care preferred
• Ability to work flexible/variable shifts, including potential float coverage
• Reliable attendance and adherence to facility policies, including call-out procedures and cell phone restrictions during resident care
• Completion of daily safety checks, including monitoring and documentation of resident safety systems
