Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), block scheduling required. No weekends, no on-call, no floating between units. Patient ratio approximately 1:20.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (may submit with pending license)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient infusion experience required
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
• Experience with oncology medications and treatment plan evaluation
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Experience with Pyxis, high-alert medications, and IV compounding
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
