Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

• Opportunity to work in acute rehabilitation and long-term acute care case management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Utilize evidence-based criteria including InterQual and Milliman Guidelines

Requirements:

• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact license (pending acceptable, must obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of registered nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with electronic charting systems required
• Knowledge of admission criteria, care coordination, and discharge planning processes
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, ICD-10 coding, DRGs, and regulatory compliance standards including HIPAA, The Joint Commission, and OSHA preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
