Job Opportunity – Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET-CT – Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Start Date: July 28, 2026

Location: Southern California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts (variable start times 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM). Rotating weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities including post-shift and weekend call (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Weekend frequency may exceed every other weekend to accommodate unit needs.

Requirements:

• Active California Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (must be in hand prior to start)
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year nuclear medicine experience with at least 6 months of PET-CT experience required
• First-time travelers considered with 2+ years of experience
• Epic charting experience highly preferred
• Siemens equipment experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with CT attenuation correction, IV starts and maintenance, radioactive material handling, and various nuclear medicine procedures
• Experience with all patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Must be open to post-shift call and rotating weekend responsibilities
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
