Job Opportunity – Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Scientist – South Bend, WA 98586

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: South Bend, WA – Washington Coast

Schedule: Night shift, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 40 hours per week guaranteed

Highlights:

• Travel assignment at a small critical access hospital on the beautiful Washington Coast
• 13-week assignment (July 27, 2026 - October 24, 2026)
• Independent night shift role with full laboratory responsibilities
• Work with modern instrumentation including Beckman Coulter analyzers, BioFire, and Ortho MTS manual gel system
• Gain experience across all laboratory departments including Blood Bank and Microbiology

Requirements:

• Current MT/MLT or MLS certification required
• Ability to work independently in all areas of the laboratory
• Proficiency in Blood Bank procedures and Microbiology setups and gram stains
• Experience with instrument troubleshooting and performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance
• Familiarity with laboratory analyzers (Beckman Coulter systems preferred)
• Must be available to start no later than July 27, 2026
