Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (06:45 - 15:00). On-call required for nights, weekends, and holidays. Staff-to-patient ratio of 1:3. Reduced orientation of 8 hours versus standard 40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active Compact state license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS, CST, and NBSTSA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of consecutive cardiovascular surgery experience required
• Recent cardiothoracic and vascular experience within the last 3 months (required)
• Must be able to independently scrub heart valve and open heart procedures
• Level II Trauma Center experience required; Level I experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
