Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: York, Pennsylvania

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 89-day assignment through December 12, 2026

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and seasonal Influenza
• Completion of background checks, drug screening, and competency assessments
• Pennsylvania state-specific clearances including PA Patch and PA Department of Aging fingerprinting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
