Location: Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin

Schedule: Evening shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 8-hour shifts with variable scheduling. 40 guaranteed hours per week with overtime opportunities available.

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin LPN license in good standing
