Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 06:30-15:00 (10-hour shifts with rotating day off). Call required 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks. Minimal weekend coverage required (2 weekend shifts per contract). 14 operating rooms with a daily census of 45 patients.

• Epic charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required surgical experience: Orthopedic, General, Neuro, Vascular, and Urology procedures
• Preferred experience: DaVinci robotic surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic surgery
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain local counties are not eligible
