Location: Lynnwood, Washington

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Comprehensive compliance documentation including background checks, immunizations, and competency assessments
