Job Opportunity – Ultrasound Technologist – Fortuna, CA 95540

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Northern California coastal region

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Call coverage required a couple nights per week and up to 2 weekends per schedule. Floating to affiliated facilities may be required.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a beautiful Northern California community
• Comprehensive ultrasound experience across multiple modalities including general, vascular, and OB/GYN
• Work with diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
• Epic charting system preferred
• 40 hours of paid orientation provided
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

Requirements:

• Valid California Ultrasound Technologist license in hand at time of submission
• ARDMS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience
• Proficiency in general ultrasound including abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, vascular, and superficial structures
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Previous travel experience beneficial
