Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Chewelah, WA 99109

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Chewelah, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00), Monday through Friday with flexibility for Tuesday through Friday schedule. This is a 0.6 FTE position, approximately 24 hours per week. No on-call or weekend requirements. Patient ratio of 1:5-10. Daily census of approximately 5 patients.

• Flexible scheduling options with Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday availability
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and comprehensive support services
• Treat diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics with various diagnoses including post-operative, deconditioning, and mobility impairments
• Epic charting system with 20 hours of orientation provided
• May have opportunity to float to other facilities based on need and therapist ability

Requirements:

• Active Washington state Physical Therapy license required at submission
• Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Experience with acute care, gait training, orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, and geriatric populations
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
