Description
Job Opportunity – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Butte, MT
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Butte, Montana
Schedule: Evening shift, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Variable schedule with guaranteed 40 hours weekly. Overtime available.
Highlights:
- Long-term care and rehabilitation setting with no vents or trachs
- Supportive staffing model with 2 nurses during weekdays plus management team; always 1 RN on-site with RN on-call support available on weekends
- Manageable patient care including 12-15 hand-fed residents and possible tube feeding; some residents require sling lifts
- Comprehensive orientation with Director of Nursing on first day; nurses receive extended training with 2-hour pre-shift orientation
- Facility accepts religious and medical exemptions for COVID vaccination
- Located in a community of approximately 33,000 with access to public transportation including bus and taxi services
Requirements:
- Current Montana LPN license (RN preferred but LPN accepted)
- Experience with American Data ECS charting system is a significant plus
- Ability to work evening shifts with a variable schedule
- Commitment to 56-day assignment duration
