Job Opportunity – DEXA Bone Density Technologist – Portland, OR 97213
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). No weekends, no on-call, no floating required.
Highlights:
- Dedicated DEXA Bone Density Technologist position at a 418-bed short-term acute care facility
- Focused bone density scanning role – no general X-ray duties required
- 13-week travel assignment with consistent day shift schedule

Requirements:
- Active ARRT (R) certification through OBMI required
- Current BLS certification
- Current and proficient bone density exam experience (hardstop requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a DEXA Technologist
- Active Oregon state license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Epic charting experience required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
- Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility
