Job Opportunity – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Spokane, WA 99208

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:00), 40 hours per week. No on-call required. No weekend coverage required. Expected caseload of approximately 20 patients.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a Short Term Acute Care facility with Level III Trauma Center designation
• Focus on adult inpatient medical unit discharge coordination and planning
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• Floating between units may be required; flexibility to work at nearby sister facilities as needed
• Free parking provided at the facility
• Scrubs of any color accepted

Requirements:

• Active Washington State LCSW license or Compact license (required at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and biopsychosocial assessments
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems; Epic experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility (local candidates considered at adjusted rate)
