Description
Job Opportunity – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Burlington, VT
Start Date: ASAP (Tuesday start preferred)
Location: Burlington, Vermont
Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 40 guaranteed hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 91-day assignment
Highlights:
- Long-term care and rehabilitation facility with average census of 95 residents
- Manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:18
- Experience with long-term care, rehabilitation, and dementia care populations
- PCC electronic charting system

- Convenient access to public transportation and Burlington International Airport
Requirements:
- Active Vermont LPN license or ability to obtain
- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Familiarity with rehabilitation and dementia care populations
- Proficiency with electronic health records (PCC experience a plus)
