Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:30 - 17:00). Call required, averaging approximately 10 days per month including weekends (1-2 weekends per month and 1-2 weekdays per week). Four operating rooms running daily with cases extending until 1700.

Highlights:

• High-acuity cardiovascular operating room specializing in complex open-heart and vascular procedures
• Diverse case mix including CABG, ECMO, Impella, TAVR, TCAR, EVAR, lung resections, and robotic cardiac procedures (all cardiac procedures except transplants)
• Average daily case volume of 6 procedures across 3-4 operating rooms
• Traveler-friendly environment with flexible scheduling when possible to support work-life balance
• Collaborative, high-performing team in a dynamic and mission-driven setting
• 36-hour orientation period provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CVOR surgical tech experience required
• Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required in hand at time of submission
• Scrub experience in cardiovascular procedures required
• Current and confident experience in both heart and vascular surgery procedures
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact state allied license required at time of submission
• First-time travelers accepted
• Experience with patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
