Job Opportunity – Registered Dietitian – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Northern California coastal region

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 13-week assignment. No weekend coverage required at this time. 40 hours of orientation provided.

Requirements:

• Valid California Registered Dietitian license (RD/RDN) required in hand prior to submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of dietitian experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Food safety audit experience required
• Willingness to float between facilities within a 20-mile radius
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days during assignment
