Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Burn ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:2.

Highlights:

• Specialized burn unit experience with comprehensive critical care including wound care, pain management, and line placement
• 13-bed unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with burn injuries, DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-operative cases
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system with 24-36 hours of orientation provided
• 91-day assignment with flexible scheduling options (36 or 48 hours per week)
• Advanced critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, and CRRT

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (must be in hand)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Willingness to float to like units within scope as needed
• Must reside outside 75-mile radius (local candidates not accepted)
