Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Trauma ICU – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: September 22, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), 91-day assignment

Highlights:

• Level I Trauma ICU experience in a 16-bed unit with 1:2 patient ratios
• Work with a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Float opportunities to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units as needed
• Orientation provided with onsite module completion during initial training period

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (PALS and TNCC preferred)
• Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV placement and maintenance
• Residency restrictions apply for certain local counties
