Location: Garden City, Michigan

Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
• Current Occupational Therapist state license
• Valid driver's license with photo identification
• BLS certification and other applicable clinical certifications
• Completion of background check and drug screening
• Current tuberculosis test, Hepatitis B vaccine records, and influenza vaccine or declination
• Skills checklist and documentation of competencies
