Job Opportunity – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Burlington, VT

Start Date: August 3 (Tuesday start required)

Location: Burlington, Vermont

Schedule: Variable day shifts, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week. 8-hour shifts standard for nursing staff. Orientation begins at 10:00 AM on start date.

• Average census of 95 residents with LPN-to-resident ratio of 1:18
• 13-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Flexible scrub attire (no specific color requirements; no jackets or hoodies)
• PCC charting system utilized throughout facility
• Located in scenic Burlington with access to waterfront, hiking, skiing, and local attractions

Requirements:

• Active Vermont LPN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or dementia care preferred
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (PCC experience a plus)
• Availability to start on Tuesday, August 3
• No time-off requests available during assignment
