Job Opportunity – Certified Surgical Technologist – Polson, MT 59860

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Polson, Montana

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00) or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. On-call required every third weekend, approximately 10-12 call shifts per month including weekend coverage. No block scheduling required.

Requirements:

• Current CST or CR-CST certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of surgical technology experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Valid Montana or Compact state license
• Proficiency in general OR procedures including laparoscopic cases, orthopedic procedures, endoscopy, and sterile processing techniques
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
