Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Chandler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). This is a 13-week travel assignment with a daily census of approximately 33 patients.

Highlights:

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
• Opportunity to work with diverse diagnoses including orthopedics, neurology, post-operative care, and sports medicine
• Epic charting system experience utilized
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract
• 36-hour orientation provided to support successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
